Although Kohinoor International School has the best of facilities and infrastructure, we believe that a great school becomes great not so much because of its physical assets as because of its teachers, its human assets. It is based on this belief that our policy is to take on board only those teachers who are not just masters of their subject, but have a passion for teaching and a caring attitude towards the children we shall be entrusting them to teach. Teachers at KIS are expected not to take teaching as merely a job, but to keep alive at all times a passion for teaching that propels them to work towards the school’s motto of “Nurturing achievers who are also great human beings.”
