Kohinoor International School would like qualified and competent teachers who can totally identify and commit themselves to the school’s mission, vision and values to make a career with the school.

Of particular relevance when it comes to what kind of teachers we want working with us, are our following values:

• We are aware that children learn more from what they see as being practised by elders around them than what they merely hear from them. Therefore, we lay great emphasis on right conduct by the teachers in our school and also urge our parent community to set the right example before their children.
• We are committed to excellence in everything we do and shall strive to inculcate the habit of excellence in our students as well.
• We believe that children learn best when they find the learning interesting. Therefore, we consider it our responsibility to find ways and means to make the learning experience interesting for our children.

As regards compensation, the school will be following the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission.

School timings for teachers will be 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a half-hour lunch break from 1.15 pm to 1.45 pm.

The school will work from Monday to Friday, but teachers may be called for training sessions, seminars, meetings etc on some of the Saturdays without any entitlement for over-time payment or compensatory offs.
